I find it severely ironic that the U.S. Government, an organization which is itself professionally (with immunity and protection from on high) trafficking in illegal drugs (for decades), depicts Ross Ulbricht as “a digital drug kingpin who ran an “online black market of unprecedented scope,” which had left addiction and fatal overdoses in its wake.”
U.S. Government, with a little help from our British cousins and a very special relationship, monopolized a black market of unprecedented scope; which has left addiction and countless fatal overdoses in its wake. That’s a fact.
The U.S. Government, and specifically, the C.I.A. and the D.E.A. with the approval and complicity of the U.S. Department of Justice, and the U.S. Department of State, are by far the most prolific traffickers in illegal drugs.

For anyone who thinks “Oh, our Government wouldn’t do that.” – I’ll take it a step further, and unfold our American fabric a bit more…
In this link, you can hear Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney questioning U.S. Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld and the Joint Chiefs of Staff, on their protection (and tacit approval) of Human Trafficking ongoing – particularly that of the Sex Slave Trade involving women and children – through a military contractor named at that time Dyncorp – protected under the auspices of “Operation Eduring Freedom”: Cynthia McKinney Grills Donald Rumsfeld
Seriously, click that link, because you’ll also hear mention of the missing $2.3 Trillion that disappeared into thin air, announced the day prior to September 11, 2001.
Yes America, please do dig into these facts. Condemning Ross Ulbricht means that you also have to ask the Who, What, Where, When, Why, and How about those who are leveling such charges against this individual.
The U.S. Government provides a cartoonishly overt and overly simplified superficial description of the Drug Trade and Ulbricht’s alleged role in it – depending on you to assume that their story is the truth – and to never, ever scratch the surface on your own; by asking questions and finding your own answers based on the actual and factual evidence that exists.
What I find exceptionally egregious, is the fact that Ross Ulbricht’s actions do NOT include selling drugs. Is Craig to be held responsible for someone else who may decide to sell drugs on Craigslist? Obviously not. Why then is Ross being held responsible for other people selling drugs (that the U.S. Government aided and abetted being brought into this Country, in the first place) on a website he hosted?
What was the Silk Road? Historically speaking, it was the intercontinental drug trafficking system used heavily by merchants and traders until the British popularized the same thing by sea – monopolizing a world wide Opium Empire; the true foundation of their power and influence over nations and populations.
I’ve never used the online Silk Road, and I didn’t know who Ross Ulbricht was until I met his mother Lyn last June at a Freedom festival. I did not understand the gravamen of the hypocrisy, demonstrated through the so-called Judicial process, until I heard Director Alex Winter being interviewed on the Joe Rogan Experience podcast, wherein he describes the systematic nature of the U.S. Government stripping an innocent individual of his Freedom.
In researching the Silk Road and Ross Ulbricht, I noticed all the hallmarks of a psyop… this story wreaks of their M.O. (modus operandi) – Shut him down, Denigrate / Assassinate his character, Separate him from his family and loved ones (classic divide and conquer strategy), Rig his trial, and then LIES surmount TRUTH – and nobody notices and nobody cares.
Personally, and this is just my opinion, I think the U.S. Government is jealous that they didn’t think of an online Silk Road first.
Ross Ulbricht is an individual, and his alleged victimless crime is none of my business.
The U.S. Government however, systematically and forcibly fleeces hundreds of millions of people in the form of taxes, and they have used those tax dollars to aid and protect the illegal Drug Trade and to create a crack epidemic, to create a mass surveillance spy apparatus that Orwell could never have dreamed of, and to facilitate an ever-increasing Militarized and Federalized Police State – this certainly is my business, and it’s your business too. The implications of this will reverberate and ravage generations to come.
What’s more, individuals used the Silk Road voluntarily… no one’s volition was being violated; whereas the people in the poorest areas of America did not get to make a choice about whether or not the U.S. Government distributed crack cocaine in their neighborhoods.
Ulbricht?
“Ross is one of the most caring, honorable, and trustworthy people I know and it’s awful to see him vilified in the media… For those of us who know Ross, the accusations would be laughable if they were not so serious. He is not the person depicted in much of the media, around the Internet, or in the charges against him. Ross is an honorable, caring person who is loved and admired by countless friends and, of course, his family.” (FreeRoss.org)
On a personal note regarding Ulbricht’s Case – What I learned through my own Federal Court Case experience is this:
Rights are for sale. Justice is for sale. When you go to Court, you are engaging in a War of Attrition… and in fact, court is the quintessential example of Fabian Strategy.
Opinions and Beliefs are placeholders for knowledge, understanding and wisdom.
Lose your illusions. Demand Ross Ulbricht’s Freedom, and your own.
“Your Honor, years ago I recognized my kinship with all living beings, and I made up my mind that I was not one bit better than the meanest on earth. I said then, and I say now, that while there is a lower class, I am in it, and while there is a criminal element I am of it, and while there is a soul in prison, I am not free.”
